Added the required fields for the estate.property model to complete the initial model structure of the Estate module tutorial. Also marked important fields such as name and selling_price as required to ensure proper data validation.
Added security access rules for the Estate module. Created ir.model.access.csv in the security folder. Configured read, write, create and delete permissions for base.group_user. Updated manifest file to load security data files.
